Job Description
Manpower Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineering Group Lead to oversee Manufacturing Engineering functions supporting powertrain and propulsion programs. This leader will guide an engineering team in developing and launching robust manufacturing processes that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives for New Model (NM), Non-New Model (NNM), and adaptation programs.
This is a long-term contract role through at least 2028, with potential for direct hire consideration. This position is 100% onsite at the Trenton, MI plant.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead assessments for process changes and determine investment needs for cost studies.
+ Oversee engineering scope development, RFQs, sourcing, technical reviews, design, build, and installation of manufacturing equipment.
