Be the process owner for manufacturing processes used to assemble high‑precision optical products, including preliminary wire bonding. Specify the design and lead the assembly of tools and jigs. Assist with developing improved tooling and tool support strategies for automated and manual manufacturing. Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions. Sustain processes with emphasis on statistical process control, maintain yields and improve yields to targets.
