Manufacturing Process & Automation Leader

Molex PHL plant seeks an experienced MIE Manager to lead continuous improvement of manufacturing process engineering and collaborate with the Design Center to develop new products.

You will drive new processes and technologies, document manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, support DFA/DFM, and coordinate with equipment vendors to ensure high quality, cost-effective production across the product life cycle.
