POSITION SUMMARY: As an extension of production leadership, ensures uninterrupted production flow in assigned areas. Provides problem support and guidance/on-the-job training to employees to ensure the day- to-day business unit department goals are being met. First point of contact for production and responsible for connecting with a variety of support resources to resolve issues/concerns.
