Our Colorado Springs facility is seeking a motivated, experienced Manufacturing Lead to support daily production operations and provide consistent, visible leadership on the manufacturing floor. In this role, the Manufacturing Lead is responsible for leading and supporting production teams, reinforcing safety and quality as a mindset, ensuring adherence to standard work, and maintaining stable, efficient operations across assigned manufacturing areas.

The Manufacturing Lead supports floor-level execution by coordinating work activities, supporting operators, responding to issues and escalations, and ensuring effective communication and continuity between shifts. Leads are accountable for reinforcing expectations, supporting team performance, and executing safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) priorities.
