Job Description

Tasks
 Supervise daily production activities (welding, assembly, machining, logistics, etc.).
 Optimize productivity and ensure operational objectives are achieved.
 Manage human and material resources to maximize operational efficiency.
 Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
 Maintain high standards of quality and workplace organization.
 Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
 Collaborate with internal teams to manage priorities and operations.
 Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
 Perform any other related duties.
