Job Description
Ensure adherence to work permits / Job Safety by generating awareness & training & adherence of PPE.
- Adherence to Environmental Standards & initiate measures for recycling.
- Reviewing the production plan for both mainline, Rigid Pipe Section Line and Briquette plant
- Develop & monitor Dashboard to track KPI on SQDCME.
- Ensure & Control Production Plan as per SAP.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and Customer Service Dept. to implement optimized plan for best yield & customer satisfaction through
best quality & timely delivery.
- Ensure daily update of MIS with zero deviation.
- Be part of the team to do root cause analysis & CAPA for quality complaints, defects & equipment breakdowns.
- Lead continual improvements to improve Quality, skill, operating costs and Customer Satisfaction
