We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead our new plant in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, driving operational excellence, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic and Leadership
- Define manufacturing, capacity planning, and manpower optimization strategy aligned with business growth and the product roadmap.
- Translate demand plans into executable manufacturing plans aligned with customer delivery commitments.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and technicians.
- Support the manager in setting manufacturing KPIs, targets, and continuous‑improvement roadmap.
- Act as manufacturing interface to management, operations reviews, and audits.
