Purpose of the Role
As a Manufacturing Manager, you will provide proactive leadership across production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance. You will lead and develop production teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved while fostering a culture of Operational Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards across all production activities.
Lead and manage shift-based production teams of approximately 75 employees.
Deliver production requirements while meeting quality, cost, efficiency, and delivery targets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise productivity, improve efficiency, and minimise waste.
