**Job Description**
The Manufacturing Lead oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced efficiently, accurately, safely, and on time in accordance with quality system regulations, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role provides day-to-day direction and leadership to Manufacturing Technicians, communicates operational needs and capabilities to leadership, and steps in to operate manufacturing equipment and in-process instrumentation as needed. The Manufacturing Lead follows detailed instructions and pre-established guidelines, maintains strong attention to detail, and uses good documentation practices and statistical techniques to drive continuous improvement. This position also mentors and coaches Manufacturing Technicians and helps build a positive, productive team culture.
