We are currently working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Lead Operator to join their night shift production team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineering professional with strong machine setting, fault finding, and maintenance experience to step into a key role within a high‑performing production environment. The successful candidate will also provide support in a supervisory capacity when required, assisting with shift leadership duties.

Working Pattern

• Sunday: 11:00pm - 7:00am
• Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am
• 39 hours per week - Permanent night shift
