Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Manufacturing** **Laboratory Technician** to support quality testing and food safety operations in a dairy manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing routine laboratory analyses on raw milk, in-process samples, and finished dairy products to ensure compliance with internal specifications, regulatory requirements, and SQF food safety standards.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic laboratory skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production-support environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
**Location:** Fort Worth, TX
**Employment Type:** Temporary
**Schedule:** 40 hours/week | Evening Shift (7:00 PM start)
**Pay Rate:** $ 20.00/hour
**Assignment Duration:** ~30 days (Temp role)
