Job Description
This is a technical support role inside a manufacturing plant that produces electronic boards (PCBs = printed circuit boards) . The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between production (factory) and IT systems that control the manufacturing process.
This is an on-site role (Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon)
Think of this role as:
“Make sure the factory systems and tools work correctly so production doesn’t stop.”
You will:
- Support the software used in the factory (MES systems)
- → These systems track what is being produced, steps in the process, quality, etc.
- Help with PCB manufacturing processes
- → Not necessarily designing electronics, but understanding how boards are built so they can support issues
