Manufacturing it support engineer

This is a technical support role inside a manufacturing plant that produces electronic boards (PCBs = printed circuit boards). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between production (factory) and IT systems that control the manufacturing process.
This is an on-site role (Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon)

Think of this role as:
Make sure the factory systems and tools work correctly so production doesn't stop.
You will:

~ Support the software used in the factory (MES systems)
~→ These systems track what is being produced, steps in the process, quality, etc.
~ Help with PCB manufacturing processes
~→ Not necessarily designing electronics, but understanding how boards are built so they can support issues
~ Troubleshoot issues in production systems
~→ Example: if a machine cannot register a product step, they help fix it
~ Work with data (SQL)
~→ Check or update information in databases (production data, errors, etc.)
