Our client in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading multinational manufacturing organisation. The role focuses on partnering with plant operations, travelling to sites across Malaysia, and driving HR initiatives on the factory floor.

As the HRBP, you will own talent management, workforce planning, performance, employee relations, and organizational development, partnering with plant leaders to shape a high-performing workforce. Mandarin is a plus.
