Manufacturing Excellence Specialist

As the Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you’re a key member of our Operational Excellence community, reporting to the Plant Manager. You will contribute to the success of Ball by driving Continuous Improvement activities and leading the implementation and sustainment of Ball’s Operational Excellence (BOE/BME) pillars across the plant. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams on all shifts to embed standardized processes, improve site performance, and strengthen capability through coaching and training. Your work will directly support improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity—helping our plant achieve operational excellence and long‑term business success.
