Manufacturing & Engineering Supervisor

Our client is currently looking for a Manufacturing & Engineering Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis.

Location - LE12 (Barrow Upon Soar)

Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role supports the day-to‑day operation and growth of the business. The successful candidate will provide engineering expertise, supervise workshop activities, coordinate production, manage customer and supplier relationships, and help drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
