Manufacturing Engineering Lead - Test & Electrical Systems (Santiago)

Eecol Electric is seeking a Supervisor – Manufacturing Engineering in Santiago, Chile.

You will manage a team of engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while also acting as a bridge between various stakeholders. You will be responsible for not only technical oversight but also for developing a high-performance team culture, coaching, and mentoring team members.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, along with 6+ years of related experience.
