Our client, a Medical Device and Healthcare company, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for their Minnetonka, MN location. Responsibilities:
+ The Manufacturing Engineer applies strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing operations to lead and execute complex engineering tasks.
+ This role requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
+ Lead and take ownership of complex manufacturing engineering tasks that may involve multiple interrelated elements.
+ Anticipate and identify key technical issues; develop recommendations and solutions even when no precedent exists.
+ Apply creative thinking and introduce new methods or approaches to resolve problems.
