About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in operation team at our location in Rayong, Thailand.
What you can look forward to as a Manufacturing Engineer:
 Lead ME organization in plant and lead/support launching new products (OLM)

Support serial production to continuously achieve targets for 6 vital KPIs

Implement defined business processes and technology standards (planned c.t, OEE, routings, energy efficiency, smart factory and I4.0, Technical Delivery Specifications)

Target setting and tracking of Smart Factory KPIs and alignment on countermeasures (short and mid term solutions)

Fulfil Production IT Security requirements on a daily basis

Drives and coordinates all plant internal projects which are related to Digitalization / Industry 4.0 Maturity Roadmap​
