About the Role

Our client is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, improve processes, and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing of assemblies and end products. This role will play a key part in fixture design, process optimization, ergonomics, and safety compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for the design and manufacturing of fixtures, machines, and tools

Conduct time studies and evaluate equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes

Improve ergonomics, mistake-proofing, and overall ease of assembly

Partner with EHS to ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
