Responsibilities Design, install, and qualify assembly equipment to support low‑volume/high‑mix production. Coordinate the installation of assembly equipment, adhering to safety guidelines. Define assembly line value stream maps, design assembly line architecture, and create shop floor layouts. Define takt time (the manufacturing rate that matches customer demand) for the assembly area. Ensure adequate assembly capacity and material handling capacity. Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Lead continuous improvement efforts for the assembly of Low Voltage Draw Out Switchgear.
