Job Summary

The Tool Room Coordinator is the leader responsible for the efficient operation and reliability of the Tooling Workshop (Tool Room), including the repair, preventive maintenance, and modification of dies and tools. Additionally, this role encompasses key Manufacturing and Process Engineering responsibilities, ensuring the optimization of the production flow through line balancing, workstation design, process documentation (BOMs, routings), and the implementation of cost improvements.

Responsibilities Tooling and Tool Room Management: Responsible for the reliability of dies and the availability of tooling for production.
