Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Newbury, Berkshire
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
This is a key role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being at the centre of technical project coordination. With Bill of Materials (BOMs) typically received every 4–8 weeks, you’ll be expected to use your engineering judgement to plan build schedules, understand technical drawings, and help shape the delivery process from the ground up.
Role Overview:
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create or adapt work plans and schedules.
- Assess the manufacturability of new components — estimating time and resources needed for build.
- Liaise with internal teams (design, production, testing) to ensure smooth project flow.
