Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Factory Manager or Manufacturing Head of Dept. in delivering the companies productivity requirements.
• Managing and directing production activities within an industrial facility in the most structured, organized, effective and efficient manner.
• Responsible for plant machineries and equipment to be in good condition which consists of trouble‑shooting, repairs, scheduled maintenance for smooth running at all times.
• Supervising, training and motivating a team of workers, reviewing worker's performance and identifying training needs. This includes cross‑train workers for maximum production flexibility.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Liaise and communicate with suppliers, government authorities pertaining to factory, machinery, production and workers management whenever required. (E.g DOSH, DOE, SIRIM, etc).
