Manufacturing Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze equipment downtime/efficiency/issues to determine improvement opportunities and then implement programming changes to existing equipment.
• Modify programming to existing equipment for product design changes.
• Review electrical component technologies/suppliers for equipment specifications and sourcing decisions.
• Research new technologies and investigate incorporating into new or existing equipment.
• Evaluate feasibility of integrating new products/technologies into existing equipment.
• Analyze and implement the programming requirements for different processes on Automation and manual production lines.
• Propose and implement ideas to improve and standardize programming methodology of new and existing equipment.
• Work with maintenance technicians to understand project requirements/troubleshoot equipment issues.
