Develop, improve, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to enhance quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using both CAM software and manual G-code programming techniques.
Provide hands-on support on the shop floor, including machine setup validation, troubleshooting, process verification, and production support.
Investigate manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions using Lean methodologies.
Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to develop effective manufacturing strategies and improve overall process performance.
Support the development of inspection methods, gauges, and quality verification processes for new and existing products.
