The successful candidate will play a key role in developing process and product modifications, enhancing standards, and driving improvements. You will utilize your knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes to increase product quality, output, and cost-effectiveness. Lean tools and thinking will be essential in improving value streams, conducting workflow analysis, and leading process improvement and change within the organization.
