Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for co-ordinating and implementing process improvements, driving quality, productivity and efficiency, and the introduction of standard work and quality procedures.
- Developing, validating, and optimizing CNC machining programs to enable the precise manufacture of customer‑specific components
- Develop manufacturing routings and design tooling/fixturing solutions to enhance process capability and optimise production flow.
- Lead continuous improvement activities to enhance process capability and performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth metrics
