Job Description
Job Summary
Performs a variety of engineering work in planning, design and modification of fixtures, tools, and manufacturing processes. Resolves production problems and completes documentation on assigned parts
Job Responsibilities
+ Develops, evaluates, improves and documents manufacturing processes
+ Develops and implements process control techniques including work instructions using tools such as SPC, PFMEA
+ Analyses manufacturing process flows continually for the improvements of quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction for new work
+ Collarborates with other functions to ensure effective production methods
+ Coordinates part inspection procedures with Quality Engineers.
+ Addresses and documents cause and corrective action issues to prevent future problem occurrences.
+ Determines required material and tools for production
+ Creates and registers changes to work instructions
