Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceRequired- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cost estimation, financial analysis, manufacturing finance, or engineering cost modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical inputs into financial insights.
- Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with complex models and large datasets.
- Ability to work cross‐functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with accountability, urgency, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
