Manufacturing Buyer (Tijuana)

Hawk Excavator and EDDY Pump, leaders in heavy industrial and dredging equipment, are seeking a
Manufacturing Buyer/Planner
for our Tijuana facility.
This role is critical in managing procurement and planning activities between our U.S. and Mexico operations.
The Buyer/Planner will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials while coordinating production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source, purchase, and negotiate with suppliers for industrial components (castings, fabrications, machined parts, hydraulics, electrical, etc.).
Develop and maintain supplier relationships across Mexico, U.S., India, and China.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules in alignment with demand and inventory levels.
