Production Associate – responsible for fabrication, supermarket, and assembly operations at KML Windows Inc., a division of Andersen Corporation.
Responsibilities
- Work safely and follow company safety practices and policies.
- Help ensure co‑workers work safely and adhere to safety requirements.
- Follow all applicable procedures, Standardized Work, Control Plans, and Product Specifications.
- Interpret customer requirements based on production paperwork and CAD drawings.
- Assemble wooden products.
- Assist in identifying training needs and propose ideas to improve quality metrics.
- Learn and apply Andersen Management Systems (AMS) and continuous improvement concepts.
- Participate in defining and improving standard work.
- Support Employee Engagement activities.
- Work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and Standardized Work.
