Job Description
Join Manitoulin Transport as a Local P&D Flat Deck Driver at our Sparwood terminal. This role offers a competitive hourly wage with a balanced schedule of four days on and four days off.
You’ll need a Class 1 license and two years of Flat Deck driving experience to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries in the local area. As a driver, you’ll be responsible for performing vehicle inspections, logging requirements accurately, and securing freight. Excellent communication skills will help you meet customer expectations seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute timely local pickups and deliveries
• Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep electronic logs updated for accuracy
• Ensure safe securing of freight
• Provide outstanding customer service
