Mandarin Translator - Arbitration and Punishment

Job Description:

• Translate between Indonesian and Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Translate operational documents and SOPs into bilingual formats
• Support coordination with branches, HQ, and China teams regarding arbitration & punishment cases
• Ensure accurate interpretation of instructions, policies, and operational terminology
• Assist in understanding tracking flows and case chronology

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Strong translation skills with both accuracy and contextual understanding
• Familiarity with logistics/operational processes is a plus
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
