Role Summary The Mandarin Speaking Tour Operator is responsible for designing and selling tailored travel packages to incoming clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role works directly with Mandarin-speaking clients, counsels them on travel options, responds promptly to inquiries, oversees booking procedures and ensures that travel requests are processed accurately. The Tour Operator collaborates closely with the company's contracted travel desks and operates in shifts to provide 24/7 support to clients. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed the communicated sales targets for incoming travel clients. Design tailored packages for incoming clients, ensuring they enjoy unforgettable vacations. Sell travel products and services using solid arguments to incoming clients. Counsel clients on various travel choices and explain differences between available options.
