Our client is a well-established and growing company within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Operator to join their team in Alexandria, NSW.

This role is ideal for a candidate with min 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support to customers and internal stakeholders.

You will play an important role in supporting the Operations and Sales teams through professional customer communication, quotation preparation, shipment coordination, and administrative support.
