1. Responsible for various management tasks related to the execution of all divisions’ mission
2. Consideration and implementation of organizational and personnel structure
3. Playing a central and guiding role in the execution of all divisions’ mission.
4. Develop business plan and strategy both locally and globally.
5. Provide leadership and motivation to assure staff delivers to plan and exceeds expectations
6. Maximising existing opportunities and work with stakeholders to develop new business opportunities
7. Smooth settlement of major problems affecting company’s goal and mission
