Managing Director

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of the real estate business(Acquisition, Project Management, Asset management and Sales)
• Manage and lead respective teams to achieve KPIs
• Report to management on the performance of company

Requirements:

• At least 20 years of working experience with 5 years in a leadership position of a Mid-large real estate organisation(REIT or Developer) with primary focus in Malaysia
• Experienced in Mixed-use, Commercial and Residential assets
• Proven success in achieving KPIs
