The Heilpädagogische Zentrum Hagendorn is a regional centre of expertise. We educate and care for children and young people with cognitive impairments and multiple disabilities under a mandate from the Canton of Zug.

As a member of the executive management, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic development of our organisation. You combine personnel and organisational development as well as transformation into an effective overall approach that creates sustainable and measurable added value for employees and the organisation. Together with the Managing Director of Finance, you are responsible for the area of operational processes (HR, support services, finance and administration).
