Capital & Investor Relations
- Source new capital partnerships and build long-term relationships with investors
- Manage and strengthen existing capital partnerships
- Source, analyse, and assist with execution of new investment products and deals
- Actively source both investors and deals for the company and related entities
- Lead Involve in leasing strategy and execution across existing and future projects
- Engage directly with customers to unlock growth through new, customer-led opportunities
- Evaluate new markets and together with the team lead the company growth into new markets
- Drive new capital deals across our active and target markets together with the team: Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Germany, United Kingdom, and Japan — with genuine market knowledge expected across these geographies
