Yzerly (Perspicacity Edutech Private Limited) is a B2B corporate behavioural training company. We work with organisations across BFSI, IT/ITeS, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and GCCs to design and deliver programmes that produce measurable behaviour change — not just engagement scores. Our clients are mid-to-large enterprises where the buying decision sits with L&D Heads, CHROs, and Business Heads.
You will own pan-India outreach for an industry from Bengaluru. Your targets are L&D Heads, CHROs, and Business Heads at mid-to-large enterprises. You will find them, qualify them, build relationships, and close training mandates. The non-negotiable bar for this role: You have sold to L&D, HR, or Business leadership in Indian enterprises before. Build and own a qualified pipeline of enterprise clients pan-India through outbound outreach, warm referrals, events, and LinkedIn.
