The role is responsible for building data-led wholesale capabilities and execution discipline by closing gaps in sell-out tracking, product sell-through, order accuracy, inventory coverage, and partner planning compliance.

This role requires a candidate who can bring clarity to complex business challenges, drive cross-functional execution, and establish repeatable, scalable operating processes to support sustainable wholesale growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sell-Out & Performance Management

  • Design and implement structured sell-out tracking frameworks across Wholesale partners.
  • Diagnose performance gaps using consulting-style problem solving (partner, door, category, season).
  • Translate insights into clear action plans, owners, and timelines with Key Account Managers and functions.
