The Product Manager for Personal Loan (PL) is responsible for the end-to-end management, development, and growth of the Personal Loan and Personal Financing-i portfolio. This role involves driving business performance through the execution of quarterly marketing campaigns, implementing credit and digital initiatives, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal controls. The jobholder acts as a key stakeholder in enhancing product features and journeys to improve customer acquisition and profitability.

• Propose and lead the execution of campaigns to drive personal loan disbursements and grow loan base and almost monitor campaign expenses tracking
• Identify key business growth areas and continuous process improvements
