Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Transformation Delivery to lead our low-code solution delivery team and support transformation initiatives within Group Benefits Operations. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role accountable for owning end-to-end solution delivery using Microsoft Power Platform, driving operational transformation, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will combine people leadership with practical experience delivering technology-enabled solutions and must be capable of providing technical direction and coaching to a team of low-code, automation, and AI experts.
