Job Summary
The terminal manager ensures daily operation of rail/loadout terminal including supervision of hourly employees. Responsible for budgeting; permitting; working as member of plant management team to achieve operational goals and objectives; managing contracts and contractors; and community relations.
Job Responsibilities
Track cost and maintain costs at the terminal Develop and maintain a safe and environmentally compliant operation with the assistance of the Safety and Environmental Representatives. Develop and maintain operational methods to reduce costs and produce a consistent product for customers of the terminal. Develop and maintain a good working QC lab.
