Job Description
**The Team**
The Manager, Tax Reporting will be responsible for preparation and/or review of the company’s global income tax reporting and compliance processes, including the preparation of ASC 740 tax provisions. These responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of the U.S. international income tax compliance process (e.g., forms 5471, 8865, and 8858). Additional responsibilities include ownership of various technology platforms including OneSource (tax provision and income tax), DMI, and Microsoft Excel calculations.
This role partners closely with global tax team members, finance, and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely reporting
**What You Need to Succeed**
+ Bachelors degree in accounting required.
+ Master of Science in Taxation preferred.
+ Certified Public Accountant preferred.
+ Knowledge of and experience with applying rules of ASC 740 and related guidance on accounting for income taxes required.
