About the role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the entire Test maintenance technical support system and machine area performance in terms of OEE, delivery and quality performance.

• Lead a team of 4 Engineers and 28 Technicians across all groups and oversee the daily machine performance.
• Execute plans and strategy to deliver results, driving machine improvement and performance, managing people development.
• Coordinate closely with other support systems and cross‑functional teams.
• Maximize equipment uptime, ensure workspace safety, and minimize operational costs through efficient resource allocation.
• Prepare daily or weekly progress logs measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Track equipment performance metrics such as mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR) to optimize operations.
