Manager - Supply Chain Management

Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic person to manage sourcing and procurement of mechanical components, fabrication items, and allied materials. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, vendor management expertise, ERP proficiency, and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while ensuring timely material availability. Job Responsibilities : Procurement & Sourcing Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical commodities, including: Fabrication items (sheet metal, machined components, assemblies) Castings, forgings, fasteners, bought-out parts Identify and develop new suppliers for cost optimization and risk mitigation Execute RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, and negotiations Ensure timely release of purchase orders and adherence to delivery schedules Vendor Management Develop and maintain a robust vendor base across fabrication and mechanical categories Conduct supplier performance evaluations (quality, delivery, cost) Lead vendor audits and capabili...
