Job Description
Manage all aspects of sea freight consolidation (LCL/FCL) for NEXAS under neutral operations, ensuring seamless service to forwarding partners through efficiency, compliance, and strategic carrier management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, plan and manage the daily LCL and FCL consolidation operations under NEXAS MBL.
- Manage space allocation, container groupage, and route optimization.
- Negotiate ocean freight rates and contracts with carriers and NVOCCs.
- Supervise the documentation and compliance process for MBL/HBL issuance.
- Ensure schedule reliability and cargo flow consistency across trade lanes.
- Monitor team performance, operational KPIs, and cost efficiency.
- Work with Customer Service and regional teams to ensure proactive updates and service delivery.
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Maritime Transport, Logistics, or related discipline.
